153// On Edge

Today I am grateful for:

  1. My morning workout. It’s getting easier and easier every day and I’m even starting to enjoy it. I’m still not seeing results physically, but emotionally the pride and the confidence has me feeling at least 10% better.
  2. Cool breezes. The summer heat has begun and we have yet to put in our new air conditioning unit. All we have is the occasional cool breeze through the windows around the house to keep us comfortable. They have been rarer lately, and each one is like a decedent gift.
  3. Not having ever had Covid-19. Being an asymptomatic carrier would have been a favorable outcome in my eyes, but there is a possibility I would not have been so lucky. I could have been hospitalized or even have died. I’m grateful I’ve been able to stay healthy and safe.
