343 // Self-Care Is Medicine

Today I am grateful for:

  1. My new Moleskine 2021 planner arriving today. I plan to spend the next few weeks figuring out how I want to use it to map out my projects and ideas, keep my projects in focus, and make my progress clear.
  2. Being able to do over 20 minutes and over a mile on the treadmill today. It isn’t much, and it’s far from where I want or hope to be by next summer, but it’s a start.
  3. The gorgeous weather. Even though I was stuck inside, being able to have the windows open while the fresh air blew through the house was refreshing. The first day of winter is only weeks away, but today you would have thought it was Spring.
