Today I am grateful for:

  1. Podcasts. I spent some time catching up on old episodes and it really helped calm my anxiety. It’s nice to hear the voices of other people in the house and to have something else to focus my mind on other than coronavirus updates.
  2. More time to stay home. I miss my work, and I miss my coworkers and friends, but I’m afraid after having done everything right to keep myself and my little family safe, I will be forced back to work only to end up catching the virus.
  3. Chia pudding. I add the blueberries and almonds like my doctor suggests and alternate them with my “barely breakfast” days which consist of nothing but an orange, a banana, and a bit of almond butter, and my savory, salty, butter, cheesy egg in a basket breakfast days.
