Today I am grateful for:
- House cleaning. Whenever I know I need to get up and do something to keep myself from slipping into despair but I don’t know what to do, there is always something to clean that will occupy my mind and provide a sense of accomplishment.
- Drink Water. I’ve been struggling to stay hydrated and today I found a simple app that reminds me every 90 minutes to drink water and lets me long my consumption in whatever increments I choose. I’m already up several cups over what I usually drink by now.
- Work tomorrow. I know I’ve been lamenting my return but getting out of the house has kept me on a schedule even as it has exhausted me. I know it will get easier and easier and with it more productivity in all areas of my life.
