Here’s what is currently occupying my time and attention, in no particular order:

I’m living in Denver, CO and working as a bus assistant riding school bus routes with special needs students to help keep them safe and entertained.

Planning my wedding. My long-time girlfriend and I have been engaged for years but we’re struggling to make this thing happen. We’ve finally settled on a venue and set a date. We’ll be wife and wife before the end of summer 2019.

Writing daily journal posts, personal lists, reviews, and personal essays here, and slowly getting back to writing informative, persuasive, and expository pieces for my other blog Zen and Pi.

Exploring the possibility of self-publishing a book of essays, even if no one ever reads it.

Taking as many free “massive open online courses” as I can, especially relating to sociology and philosophy. Right now I’m enrolled in Social Norms, Social Change II. You can see a list of my past courses on my “Completed MOOCs” page.

Spending a lot of time reading, though, never as much as I should. I’m presently working through One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Márquez, The Collected Poems of Emily Dickinson, and The Intellectual Devotional by David S. Kidder. You can check out my past reads, and links to my reviews on my Am Reading page.

I’m always looking for more writing opportunities such as guest blogging spots, calls for submissions or pitches, and contests. If you have such an opportunity or know of something I might be a good fit for, please feel free to contact me.

And if you want to know more about my current state of being, check out my monthly “Currently” posts.

The page is updated regularly. The last update was on March 11th, 2019.

You can find out more on my About page.

I shamelessly stole the idea for this page from Derek Sivers and you should too.
