345 // Grey Day

Good things:

1. Another smooth morning. I’m enjoying the early starts and the lowered stress levels feel like a blessing. I’m on day three of my new meditation streak and looking forward to day 365.
2. Went through a coworker’s old Crisis Prevention and Intervention resource binder and found some new ideas for class topics and activities for engagement. I love finding ways to mold this amazing program to our industry and department’s specific needs.
3. Some very big Star Wars announcements were made today, including a new Ahsoka series, an Obi-Wan Kenobi series, and The Bad Batch! A lot more was announced too from Disney, Marvel, and FX. I’m very excited for the next two to three years of entertainment!
