Today I am grateful for:

  1. My to-do list. It’s definitely a love-hate relationship but even on the days when I’m struggling and my mind and body have gone to bad moods and mush it gives me a road map to pull myself up and out.
  2. The long weekend. Work really wore me out this week and this limbo of half work and half quarantine with no answers about what future will bring is much more stressful than I thought it would be. I need a break already.
  3. Social distancing guidelines. On days when you want to stay in its nice not to have the pressure to do the opposite and when you are sad it’s a lot easier to curb impulse buying when going out is such a risk.
